Tike Jeddah

Turkish mediterranean food brand Tike chose Jeddah to open it’s first restaurant in the region.

Arabic motifs and colours subtly blended in with the traditional Ottoman style defines the design of this two storey space structure. In respect of local cultural practices, the restaurant has a singles room on the mezzanine area, a private room which welcomes the VIP clients adjacent to the family room in the main dinning area.

An original feature is the reflecting pool in which stand four large trees, immediately visible upon entering. Large custom made red fabric chandeliers hang from the ceiling above the hardwood tables creating an intimate feel. The restaurant’s grill is visible from both the family space and pri-vate room.

Upstairs is more contemporary, inspired by the recent period of the Ottoman style, with artifacts exposed in specially designed niches.
